Why it is important to observe individual’s reactions when communicating with them
It is also essential that we observe the other person body language whilst communication is going on to help me know if the other person is comfortable with the level and medium of communication, or perhaps not happy with the communication, they may be upset and need . There are plenty knowledge banks that show that we communicate mainly through body language, especially when we are in an emotional state. Since many of our achievements in life depend on how well we interact with others, it is quite critical to know how to communicate beyond words.
