Some children may have certain food they cannot eat due to illness, cultural beliefs, allergies or personal preference it’s important to know and understand what they can and can’t eat so you’re not making someone sick or offending there beliefs and food preference.

Food intolerance and allergies are related to eating certain foods and getting sick, with food allergies your immune system is not good and your body feels a treat when eating some foods.
