Children needs regular exercise to keep them healthy and smart, and this can be both indoors and outdoors through different ways. Exercise helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with good mental, physical wellbeing, confidence, self-esteem, better memory and performance in school. If children don’t get enough exercise and are seated for long period of time they may become hyperactive, agitated and disruptive. There are some associated health problems like getting diabetes and obesity with lack of exercising.
As children grow they require exercise to make their body develop and grow, improve their bones, muscles, and good body weight. It’s important to get them into exercise at a young age as this may encourage them to carry on exercising into their later years. In addition, if you can get children into a sport, club or hobby they will learn other life and interpersonal skills that will benefit them.
