Confidentiality policy – How do you apply this at work?
This is how I would answer this question. I apply this policy at work by refraining from voluntary disclosure or the passing on of any information, that is learned either directly or indirectly about our service users to any third party, unless given permission to do so by the service user concerned. Information concerning a service user is only used on a strictly ‘need to know’ basis in our home environment.
